Commonwealth E-Governance 2015


Over 170 participants from 14 countries met in Kigali, Rwanda for the Commonwealth E-Governance Forum Africa 2015 which took place on 24 – 25 March. Delegates include the ICT Ministers for Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda as well as ICT policy advisers, regulators, academics, implementing agencies, private sector and application providers who are meeting to discuss the pivotal role ICTs will play transforming government-to-citizen relations.
