Abstract

The CTO completed a project to assist the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) Namibia to develop a Strategic Plan that helps the CRAN to transform the Namibia ICT.
It provides the CRAN with overarching Strategic Objectives.

The CTO designed a new develop Key Performance Indicator for the organisation ensuring the CRAN can monitor its performance. Finally, the CTO has developed the new institutional framework for CRAN, which should help ensure it has the human capacity and structure to meet its objectives.
