
PDT
PDT membership is open to organisations seeking to provide or receive training in the field of ICTs so as to develop their capacity and enable their staff to be aware of technological developments within the sector.
There are two types of membership options available to anyone wishing to become a PDT member:
- Requesting Partners: Any Government ICT/Telecommunications Ministry or Regulatory Authority, National ICT Implementing agency, telecom operator (whether fixed or mobile) which is seeking training to fulfill their own internal training requirements.
- Offering Partners: Any Government ICT/Telecommunications Ministry or Regulatory Authority, National ICT Implementing agency, telecom operator, service provider or consultant that wishes to offer ICT related training to any of the above requesting partners.

Important Notes:
- * The CTO will pay for the participant’s subsistence, international travel, accommodation and event registration.
- A typical course would accommodate around 25 participants.
- For consulting assignments, only partial funding may be offered, depending on project scope and available funding.
