Overview
This is a three-day course designed to provide the tools and methodology to perform ICT regulatory impact assessments (RIA). Licensing, consumer interests, quality of service (QoS), competition and other key regulatory areas are analysed and reviewed from a social and economic impact viewpoint. This course is highly recommended as an in-house programme combined with a pre-assessment of the national policy and regulatory environment.
