The Commonwealth ICT Forum 2019 will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to learn from global experts as well as share their experiences of successes and challenges in the deployment and utilisation of broadband. This event is a veritable platform to meet with fellow policy makers from across Africa and the wider Commonwealth membership, learn from their experiences and gain insights through interactive sessions. The participants will be composed of Ministers, senior officials in policy making bodies, regulators, broadcasters, content developers, civil society, network infrastructure providers, operators, equipment manufacturers and opinion leaders.
