CTO assisted Tanzania Telecommunications Company Limited (TTCL) to review the functional requirements specifications of various systems used by TTCL, advising TTCL on potential suppliers, assisting TTCL prepare the tender document that will cover all key selection criteria, evaluation of tenders and proposals; and also with project management.

Expected impact

A newly acquired and implemented TTCL customer care system would improve TTCL’s productivity. The input from the CTO team helped TTCL to understand its business & current billing constraints, including the selection of the best solution, provide implementation assistance and conduct training of TTCL staff.
